Pleasant small schale hotel at Lake Victoria. Comfy and clean rooms with nice beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool is nice and clean too.

The Resort was comfortable and appealing. Mbita itself is nothing special. To leave the resort meant 9km of horrendous road, so it was not desired to leave the beautiful resort. We caught the waterbus from Mbita to go to Takawiri Island, but once we reached the island we wished we hadn't left the resort. There is nothing interesting on Takawiri Island. Being at the resort, looking out at placid Lake Victoria- nothing beats that.
