Location was excellent, connected to JR Hakodate station. Bus terminal next to the hotel. Morning market located across the street and parking lot. Buffet breakfast with handmade nigiri sushi. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable for two people.

Location is excellent - Just a minutes walk from the railway & bus station. Bus stop for airport is right opposite the hotel. Room & bathroom were very clean but small as usual in Japan. The Onsen was great & big enough. An easy walk to the morning market & harbour area.
