We were on the first floor, so very convenient because there was no elevator. Very spacious and clean. Got a nice patio and very close to famous attractions.

The location is great. It is close to Sanjo, and just off Kawaramachi, one of the main north-south avenues, and also one of the main shopping streets. In the lanes behind the hotel, there are lots of small restaurants and bars to try. It's a lively area.
