Our flight would arrive in late evening and we were afraid of missing last train. Hence we planned to stay at an airport hotel and make our way to Kyoto the next day. Glad we did as the queue at airport immigration was rather long. It was nice to be able to take a short walk to a comfortable toom for the night. There was a friendly English speaking staff who helped us to check in easily and the next day check out was easy as well. Room was clean and had good amenities.

We didn’t like the location at all, on the internet it says the first train to airport starts at 4:30 that’s why I booked this location but we turned out having to book a taxi ride which was 5500 yen just 6k to the airport 🥲

This is a quiet town just off Kansai.
This is a quiet town just off Kansai. We stayed here a few days before, and a few days after Okinawa. Malls and restaurants are very close, but the overall city is not as busy as Osaka metro, making it a more peaceful stop along the way.

We had a comfortable stay, and the room was very clean. We appreciated the buffet breakfast and access to the onsen. My daughter especially loved the manga book wall in the quiet space next to the cafe and onsen.
Clearer instructions for English speakers on the type of booking, eg. whether we got a Netflix password from the hotel, whether we had access to the robes, etiquette for first-time onsen users, would have been great, etc.
The hotel was a short walk to the Rinku Town train station, which was very handy.

Perfect for a last day before your flight back home.
Perfect for a last day before your flight back home. Big designer outlet and smaller ‘mall: with eateries and more everyday shops. All sited next to a beautiful, pebbly beach. Very relaxing last day in Japan. Very easy to get to by train.

Loved the area.
Loved the area. I would say is a little on the outskirts side of Osaka, however Rinku is just 1 train stop away and you still can walk around and soak in the beautiful and calming atmosphere of the authentic Japan neighbourhood!
Food options I would say are a little limited, but then again, I do not think you should visit Izumi-Sano for the food, but for the environment and accommodation! Having a car would be very convenient too, as you can drive up to the city where Umeda and Dotonbori are located!
Overall, Izumisano is a great place to stay and view in Japan!

I only stayed one night as it was close to the airport.
I ventured out on arrival and found Izumi-Sano had more to offer than I imagined.
There was a very large outlet shopping centre which o would have enjoyed more time exploring but was tired after the days journey.
I would have also liked to have taken a walk to the sea. Next time I will definitely stay at least a couple of days.

The location was excellent if you required close proximity to the airport and station. The 24-hour familymart was a really nice touch inside the hotel when we arrived late from the airport. The room was a great size, and the beds were so comfortable. The water pressure was also excellent. The check in and check out was really easy
Nice hotel in the little town with Marble Beach. Near Kansai airport 🛫 , so it was convenient as I got stranded because of jetstar and booked it last minute, the staff prepared the room very quickly. Made the best of the day stranded.
This hotel is ideal for those catching an early flight. The rooms are small and the beds are very firm, but everything is immaculately clean. The hotel restaurant is a good option. Interesting check-in experience.
