the house is very modern and super clean. all the amenities were provided and clear instructions for use. the host is very responsive over booking chat. we were provided complimentary breakfast for 2 night stay by local cafe. we love that it is dog-friendly and there is a nice sidewalk to easily walk them for potty. very close to the beach, cafes, and restaurants.

There were a lot of stuff provided for guests such as board games, bicycles and scooters. The location of the house is very peaceful and quiet. A washing machine/dryer combo is available with detergent and fabric softeners as well which is very convenient. The house is very well equipped.

This area by the coast is dedicated to surfing fun. Some of the beaches have been redone nicely in anticipation of the olympic surfing contests. The areas dedicated to fishing aren't as nice, but there are a lot of little spots. The surfing culture here shows up. It isn't odd to find foreigners here. The restaurants serve good hearty portions. There is a bit of a laid back feel to the area.

Close to the beach, will be home to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic surfing competitions. Very chill, somewhat rural area with lots of parking and space for surfers. A little windy out here!
Recommend staying at Coff Ichinomiya, and swinging by the Hula Cafe for a surfer stop and reasonable snack / light lunch.
