This is my second time staying at BW Fino Chitose. As with the previous time (pre-COVID), check-in was smooth and the room was clean with sufficient amenities. Location was in the center of Chitose-city near the airport, with some restaurants/convenience stores, etc littered within walking distance. Unlike other business hotels (which I would also classify BW Fino Chitose as), the room was simple and would have benefited from more mindful implementation (such as coat racks on the wall instead of a bare wall).
Conveniently located 5-minutes away on foot from JR Chitose Station, Queens Hotel Chitose. There is a 24-hour front desk. Free shuttle service and luggage storage are available.
