Explanations in English were helpful. Nice store for Hokkaido omiyage. The store clerk Saturday evening was helpful. The hotel lobby has very nice tables and chairs. I was able to continue my work at a lobby table after checking out.

The hotel exceeded our expectations--great breakfast, friendly staff, and fantastic location! They were able to put my family and I near each other's rooms, which we requested.
