The hotel and staff were great. The beach was incredible and just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The area felt like a very safe place to stay with children, which was important for our family. We enjoyed daily walks along the lungomare from Alba Adriatica to Giulianova. Had we stayed longer, we would have walked the 3.3km up the hill (230m altitude) to Tortoreto Alto. There are many good restaurants and cafes.

Came here in evening, not so sure. Awoke in morning took a walk and I can only say ,WOW, and I’ve been to a few places.
The Staff it's lovely. Great service under all aspects.
The room was clean and comfortable, the balcony in the room was really nice.
The parking lot was perfect to avoid any stress.
The hotel it's 2 steps away from the sea and its good location (an internal road) allows to don't hear any noise.
Breakfast was great and the space next to the pool was a perfect place where to relax.
Highly suggested for a relaxing and confortable accomodation.
I’ve spent almost a week here, and it was a pleasure to be a guest of Matteo. The apartament was very comfortable and what is the most important-CLEAN. The view from balkony is breathtaking. Location is really good, close to the beach, good restaurants, and also just few minutes by car from Tortortoreto Alto- a romantic old city.

But generally a pretty nice hotel, wouldn't mind staying there longer.
