Excellent location, spotlessly clean hotel, friendly staff. There is parking at the hotel, but it is limited. We were off season, so we were not able to enjoy the beach due to rainy weather, but it looked clean, plenty of space and nice beach overall.
We loved our room with seaview, and large balcony, highly recommend to book a seaview room.

We enjoyed daily walks along the lungomare from Alba Adriatica to Giulianova. Had we stayed longer, we would have walked the 3.3km up the hill (230m altitude) to Tortoreto Alto. There are many good restaurants and cafes.

Friendly helpful staff at the reception, quick check in, enough space in the room for 5 persons, which was comfy and clean.
beach is in front of the hotel, easy to access.
the hotel stands on the edge of the busy nightlife promenade so it's quiet enough if you want to sleep at night but it's just a few minutes from the center.
we rented bikes from the hotel and it was easy to explore the surrounding area.
I’ve spent almost a week here, and it was a pleasure to be a guest of Matteo. The apartament was very comfortable and what is the most important-CLEAN. The view from balkony is breathtaking. Location is really good, close to the beach, good restaurants, and also just few minutes by car from Tortortoreto Alto- a romantic old city.
I don't see how this is rated as two star. It's easily a three star hotel. For italy the rooms were ample with good bunk beds for the four person family rooms. The beach is well run, without an extra charge for at least some lettine beds. It is of course an italian beach.
The hotel is always a great choice. the rooms are super clean, the food is excellent and the service as well. i have been going there for a few years already and will go back again
