The breakfast on our first day was amazing, but the second day, I could see the same cakes amd pies recycled for thr following day, however, the things that were fresh were quite yummy, we chanced to try their pizza, which their reception had told us was great, however, the pizzas were burnt, we ate them, thinking that's the way they are supposed to be...... in this four star hotel, there was ONLY 1 mini iron which all the guests of the entire hotel had tonshare, and no ironing stand, the staff was only friendly the first 10mjns of our arrival, after that they were quite curt and crisp, the toilet shower stall had a blocked gutter or something, while.showering the water would stand and not drain out fast which was quite disgusting.

The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful. All the questions asked were answered. The best part of it was that they have a Whatsapp that is 24/7 active and they are always responsive there and you can ask anything! The biggest convenience was the shuttle for the whole stay that you could book in advance to get you from the hotel to Sorento Centre/Port and back.
The location is perfect out of the bigger crowds and the hotel itself is not that big and even full doesn't feel like it was crowded. The pool there was amazing after a long day of walk or even taking break from the beach.

It’s an immaculately maintained, superbly located family run hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean. The pool area is very pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast is excellent with great number of choice both sweet and savoury. The dinner restaurant has the best sunset views and again the food as well as cocktails are wonderful. The staff and the family who owns and operates the hotel are lovely and super helpful.

The highlight for us was the staff - everyone was incredibly helpful and kind and also funny! We'll definitely miss them! The location was great, views were lovely from the hotel grounds, the pool was really big and and comfortable lounges, pool bar was very handy as well, and the pool service was good. The hotel restaurants were really great - food was amazing and service was incredible, as were the sea views from the Japanese-fusion restaurant. Our room was large and the beds were incredibly comfortable! Housekeeping does an amazing job; daily housekeeping plus the option of clean towels in the evenings was really great. We usually don't get up for hotel breakfasts but Cocumella's buffet breakfast was incredible! We were there almost every day, the selections are fresh and vast, and the staff are really lovely and attentive! The gardens on the grounds were absolutely beautiful and incredibly well kept! Very peaceful and accessible. Free shuttle to/from town was very handy! Hotel gym is a good size with lovely windows to the garden.

A quiet and peaceful town with beautiful parks. Via Runovo Rione Cappuccini offers fantastic views of the sea, Mount Vesuvius and Sorrento. There is an excellent grocery shop in Via A-Balsomo and several cafés and ice cream parlours nearby. The restaurant Il Boun Boccone (Corso Italia 51, 80065 Sant'Agnello, 15-25 EUR/per) is an excellent restaurant, Tripadvisor rating 4.5.

The town is just before Sorrento for those coming from...
The town is just before Sorrento for those coming from Naples. The Circunvesuviana train line passes through it, which is very important for getting around the region. You can also walk to Sorrento, from where the tourist buses leave for the Amalfi Coast. Sant'Agnello has a beach and well-organized shops, making it an interesting place to stay.

Very good cost benefit for 3-4 travelers in the same family, staff is very friendly. They didn't have AC, the breakfast didn't have hot dishes and bathroom don't have space around sink. Amazing views and plenty of room in the bedroom with a private patio. I recommend!

Sant' Agnello is great to stay due to lower prices and good neighborhood and a train station. However one important thing to know is that it is 10min away by bus from Sorrento downtown where everything happens (where all the tourists go to lunch, drink, dance and shop). The bus works well but it's breaks are a bit big (20, 30 minutes) and at night they stop circulating.

The location was good - easy walk from the train, and near to lovely views, restaurants, sites. The hotel is elegant and well appointed - be certain to confirm that the room booked is the one that you receive - ours was different and we were a bit disappointed (ex, no kettle, not bathtub). Definitely visit the roof terrace - the service is outstanding - it is quiet and romantic! We would have loved this hotel if they had not called to cancel our second night during the second day - caused a stressful difficulty in locating another hotel and they did not help!

Lovely pool area to sit and relax - as the hotel is well away from the main road it is nice and quiet.
Shuttle bus to Sorrento is a life saver though agree that guests would find one or two extra runs a day helpful - train station is only 10 minutes walk and great as an alternative.
Breakfast selection was decent though after a week or so you might find yourself in need of a change.
Great value hotel in a good location to explore the wider area. Easy access to Sorrento (20 min walk). The rail station is nearby (5 min walk). Family run hotel which doesn’t claim to be anymore than it is. All the staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
