Pool was not crowded and "deep"
We expected with "private beach" a private beach from the hotel, but it's a separate one where you have to ask the voucher at the reception. Which was good, and arguably better than what we had in mind.
Set in extensive gardens, NH Parco degli Aragonesi is just 1.2 mi from Catania Airport. An outdoor swimming pool and a private beach are available in the summer.

Gorgeous location, really nice staff & they thoughtfully upgraded me as a surprise in my second stay. This is a large, spacious hotel and I live jumping in the sea from this location. Also, in between main mealtimes, the outdoor cafe is really nice. Lovely property, & I really appreciate hot water & tea in the rooms!
