Take their best room, number 201, a pleasant suite with large private deck where you can enjoy the fresh air. Good restaurant on site and The Best breakfast we have had. Also, it is a bargain.

Hector was so welcoming and spent time talking with us about the hotel and history of the city.
Piazza Armerina is a wonderful town in the centre of Sicily.
Piazza Armerina is a wonderful town in the centre of Sicily.
Not only do you find there the most beautiful Roman mosaics in the nearby Villa Romana del Casale.
The historic city of Piazza Armerina is a splendid and picturesque place.
The panoramic view of the historic city from the famous viewpoint is one of the most breathtaking views in Sicily.
Nearby you also find the interesting Aidone and Morgantina.

Quaint area with beautiful medieval and Roman influence.
Quaint area with beautiful medieval and Roman influence. Great area to explore. Villa Romana di Casale houses exquisite mosaics dating back to around 4 A.D. Food spots were great too / highly recommend Pizza e Core and Ostera del Conte, door to door deliciousness in the heart of the city. For lunch we also ate at Trattoria da Gianna wh8xh was authentic and delicious, with all food cooked from scratch. The area was also friendly with regards to amneties etc - the city even has vehicle charging pillars available :)

The room was great and a good location for what I I was doing. The room was very comfortable and unique. I had lots of choices close by for eating. Parking was a short distance away, and I opted to pay for the parking to ensure I could leave the car there for two days. Cost was negligible. Excellent room and very helpful host.

The Romana Casale was terrific.
The Romana Casale was terrific. Better than we might have imagined. It is slightly outside of the town.
The town was difficult to navigate--the narrowest streets we have experienced, and you must climb straight up to reach open restaurants, near as we can tell. It is likely different during high season, with more things open.

The city has a particular charm very different from the towns in the Val de Noto we visited and one has a much stronger sense of thousands (!) of years of continual living and history. Make sure to visit the Villa Romana del Casale, fantastic!

Wow - what an experience! We really wish we could have stayed longer. Villa Trigona is located just outside of Piazza Armerina, and only about 15 minute drive to Casa Roman Del Casale. The town is just about a 5 minute drive away and has decent shopping close by. The Villa has a large swimming pool, some little walking areas, and serves a first class dinner to guests who request it. We didn't stay in the main house, rather in a small out building, and our room was comfortable and quiet. We can't wait to go back!
We had a wonderful one-night stay at Il Giardino del Saraceno House. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring Piazza Armerina. The only small suggestion would be to replace the shower head. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.
The place was away from the city's noise but close to the city centre at the same time. Perfect spot!
The room was cosy with a beautiful view of the countryside. Exceptional breakfast with a great host who helped us go around Sicily and discover new places. I will definitely come back!
The property is spectacular, all newly finished and the view is so beautiful! The owners Roberto and Nikky were super helpful and welcoming! I would not miss a stay in this quaint B&B, perfect stay in the centre of Sicily.
Traditional house in the historic city centre. The owner was super friendly and gave us suggestions for where to eat, but also for the continuation of our journey in Sicily.
