Ne priporočamo obiska v najbolj vročem delu leta (14. Jul do 14 avgust), če pa že, pa raje en dan več in zlahka. Absolutno si je treba vzeti dosti časa za katedralo. Namesto za Orvieto Underground si je bolje vzeti malo več časa za Pozzo di Cava. Underground nas je nekoliko razočaral. Za otroke sta zanimiva oba vodnjaka. Gostilne imajo primerne cene, zelo dobro hrano smo našli v gostilni Grotte di Funaro.
