Monfalcone is not the most touristic place to be. we were there for a regatta so we visited, the sailclub/marina! we visited Slovenia (the caves) visited Trieste, Udine, Grado,... Monfalcone was fine, and a good place to start these visits. I like the authenticity and it not being touristic,

The hotel looks a bit old but it's very very well mantained and super clean.
The room was very big, and AC worked perfecty.
It has a very convenient big parking in the front.
Breakfast was pretty good, given the standards for other hotels in Italy.

I enjoyed my stay at Angelo Rossi B&B. Breakfast is excellence with delicious home-made jam. Angelo is a wonderful host. I'd recommend to stay here if you have chance to visit Monfalcone. Only 10-15 minutes drive to Trieste Airport if you have early morning flight.
This was a very central located guest house in the middle of Monfalcone. It was walking distance to all everything. Check-in was very easy. It was a nice surprise to find the room was cleaned daily. We enjoyed our stay
