The location was perfect, easy to get to the bus and train and a very quick walk to the beautiful beach! The place was spacious and had everything we needed. Easy to contact and communicate with the hosts. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful old town apartment on ground floor with amazing courtyard. Anna our host was really friendly and showed us round her very large wild garden and gave us lemons and walnuts !

Meta is lovely.
Meta is lovely. I would use it more as a base though and tour around. Like Pompeii or Rome which was a short trip. It’s pretty quiet, not much around for a grocery store but the people were some of the loveliest we met throughout our tour through Italy.
Bus is decent, hard to get a taxi. Train service excellent.
You must try Le Conca restaurant in Meta - we went every day, is what THAT good!

Wifi was spotty throughout, but we were having severe rainstorm while here which impacted where we could go. Sorrento was flooded.

We only had a couple of days and we arrived in the middle of...
We only had a couple of days and we arrived in the middle of heavy rain quite late. We spent the following staying close to the beach and had lunch at TicoTico (suggested by our host) which was excellent! Meta is a quieter place to stay than Sorrento but we found it easy to get there by bus.

Basically, the beaches were crowded, plus there were nothing to see during snorkeling.
So we usually travelled to other places. Unfortunately the public bus transport is pretty bad. No timetable, what google map finds is either out of date or simply not as it expected. We had never known if a scheduled 1-2 bus is coming or not. Total stochastic, and it is pretty bad in the evening.
The place itself is nice, but that's all.

It is a small, residential place. It is away from any busy parts of the area. It is a great place to go if you want peace and quiet, but access to activities and a few grocery shops. There is good access to a beach.

Perfect place if you like to get a more 'local' vibe rather than visiting the tourist areas. Super close to Sorrento by car and the surrounding towns were close too - no longer than 40 mins drive.
The beach was 5 min walk, along with restaurants, bars and cafes which was great.
Hire small cars to get your way around as big cars probably will end up getting scratched.

It is a good location to go to several places, but most of them not walking distance (unless you are living more central in Meta).
You should be an experienced driver to be able to drive in Napoles area, including Meta and Meta neighbourhoods. People have a special way of driving and the roads can be extremely narrow and with a lot of curves.

The hospitality from Angela and her husband was without a doubt the best we have ever received.
They were so friendly and helpful with our arrival logistics, helped us with daily itineraries including sending us PDF documents with recommendations and helped advise us on the best travel route from Meta to Taormina.
The room was perfectly cleaned every day, the bed was comfy and the shower has good pressure.
We couldn’t recommend Cassa Nannina more highly.
The location was ideal - near the Meta train station so easy to access Sorrento and Positano using public transport. Also easy to walk to the Meta beach area and express train to Naples.
Our host Salvatore was wonderful - he made us fresh breakfast every morning and shared tips about the area. He was awesome and extremely authentic Italian. We loved it!
The apartment was lovely & clean and the hosts were very helpful with any questions/issues we had. Great location close to Meta train station and not far to travel into Sorrento. Would stay here again & would recommend to others.
Good location for us. Meta is much quieter than Sorrento beside the beach and plenty or restaurants not to far from the train. The apartment is reasonably equipped ,quite and bed was comfortable.
