Perfect place to spend a night before that early morning flight. Everything is new and clean, hosts are very helpful and friendly, 5 min walk to a nice birreria, 5 min drive to the airport. Hosts were so nice as to turn on the a/c in advance towards our arrival so that we got to the cool house on a hot evening.

Its easy to commute into the ancient city of Venice on the tram. It is a residential area with plenty of local snack bars and some very good restaurants. Its just 3 miles/5km from the Marco Polo Venice Airport.

A lovely area to stay if you choose to be outside Venezia proper. Bus and tram a few meters from the hotel. Great location! I have stayed in this hotel in the past and returned. I will return again!

I was there only for one night because early in the morning...
I was there only for one night because early in the morning we had to flight home. The only place that we visited (for only two hours) was the city of Venezia. Then, I do not have anything to comment about the Favaro Veneto area.
I only booked my stay as Ryanair cancelled my flight home and had to stay in Italy for two extra nights. I was a bit concerned about as it was very cheap but the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. The staff is lovely, everything is clean and I was very pleasantly surprised. Of course, it’s an airport hotel so would probably take a hot minute but I don’t see any issues if you have a car.
The location is great. The Owners provide a trasfer from Marco Polo Airport to the property for 20 euro and free transfer to the bus station , where you can arrive Venice for 1.5 Euro /per person. The same arrangment works on return to hotel.
Breakfast is nice.
Fantastic hotel for staying the night before an early flight out of Venice airport. We had a family room with 5 beds, kitchenette and bathroom. Everything we needed was provided by lovely friendly hosts. Safe gated carpark.
Very good hotel, if you have to overnight due to early flight at Venice airport. There is a parking area, back of the hotel. Reception works 24h. Rooms are good enough.
