A lovely area to stay if you choose to be outside Venezia proper. Bus and tram a few meters from the hotel. Great location! I have stayed in this hotel in the past and returned. I will return again!

Very friendly host with good hotelier experience. Rooms are big and clean in calm neighbour. Private parking available. We didn’t have a car on the last day, and the host offered to take us to the airport for 20 Euros, which is cheaper than hiring a taxi.
The hotel Was near to bus and tram stop , Also was open 24 hour, They don’t have the breakfast, but it’s okay because the next door outside there is an bar ,The breakfast over there is so good.
I can’t say enough about this hotel , 5* , beautiful room , beautiful people & stunning place , I’m so glad I left Venice early and stayed here for a night , I just wish I stayed longer .
