The location of this hotel is stunning, sitting right on the water's edge at Lake Iseo, a beautiful narrow lake surrounded by impressive mountains. The very best part of the hotel is the wonderful chef at the new Ize Restaurant where we dined superbly on a terrace literally overhanging the water, with stunning views. The exquisite vegetarian menu was without doubt the best we had on our subsequent three week trip to a range of very nice hotels and restaurants.

The location was brilliant! Open the shutters of your room or walk out on your balcony for an amazing view across Lake Iseo. Breakfast was also amazing - croissants and pastries cooked inhouse. Waking to the smell of these cooking in the morning was amazing. Only a short walk to one of the main ferry stops with lots of shops and beautiful church. This family run hotel was the best stay of our Italian holiday.

I liked everything. I checked-in late and was treated with care. Food was brought in in less than 10 minutes, loved that, as I was starving and tired after a long-day flight. Parking was stress-free, loved that, as i came with a Jeep. Great water pressure in the shower.

Location ok, close to the wine cellars. To the restaurants in the city you have to drive though, but this was not a problem.
Nice, big rooms, big bathroom, everything clean, also nice big balcony.
Breakfast was good, quite a wide choice, unfortunately not so much for the gluten free persons...
Nice big pool with lots of sun beds is an extra point.
All in all everything was ok.

A great place, close to the water and the ferry station, amidst the village. Well cooled room with all amenities you expect, and good beds. Good sleep until 8am, when the church bells rings - but that's a nice wake-up call for the breakfast, which is more than Italian standard and absolutely sufficient. The staff is very friendly and nice, and the restaurant downstairs offers the best cuisine around - it's full of Italians every night, but fortunately, I didn't hear any of them in the room.
The hotel is fabulous! rooms are spacious and great attention to detail, there is a great restaurant, great wines and the staff are great, professional and friendly. These are people that know what they are doing. The only reason I didn't give it 10 was because, I think they could do with sun loungers and a pool, as if you were staying more than 1 or 2 nights it would be nice to be able to relax outside.
Close to Lake Iseo set in Corte Franca. Stephanie and Henrique have put a high standard for their B&B. Lovely room, comfortable bed, superb breakfast with local products and fresh eggs from the chickens prepared as you like. Their hospitality and service is super! We enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend La terrazza sulle vigne B&B.
