The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short five-minute walk from the main station, making it perfect for exploring Bolzano and surrounding areas by train.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room are very well decorated and spacious. We loved the attention to details that made the experience really luxurious (Frette bed linens, Spa basket with extra towels and slippers). The view from the room was incredible.
If you're sporty you're in the right place: very complete gym that allowed us to keep track on our workouts, and the breakfast had a lot of healthy options, which was a relief considering we found it hard to find healthy options in the region.
We also booked a massage that was amazing!

Absolutely stunning. Above all expectations. We’re only there for 1 night, but spoiled rotten with their so so so nice staff, incredible infinity pool (view to die for!), great bar and delicious restaurant. Stayed in the ‘older’ rooms, which were spotless. Beds were very comfy. We will definitely try to arrange another visit in the future with a longer stay!

Breakfast setting outdoors under the grape vines with a view of the mountains couldn't have been better. It is quite a relaxing atmosphere (except for the birds and wasps!). I would only say that a buffet would be preferred so we could select the specific items and quantities desired. The quality was good and the dinners at both the bistro and restaurant were terrific. The website photos of the hotel setting do not do it justice!
A boutique-style family-run business in a breathtaking location surrounded by vineyards. Very nice hosts, kind, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and out were a breeze but, since it's not a 24/7 hotel, check your arrival hours.
Breakfast was absolutely delightful, with a good choice of cheese, meat, juice, dairy, fruits, cereals, and bread.
