LOCATION! From FLR to Downtown took the tram. The hotel is across the street from the last station. Also the Train Terminal is next to it. The employees at the Front Desk are nice and friendly especially YOKIKO. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. ZAK at the Breakfast Lounge was kind and professional. Truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Again, thank you for making our trip memorable! Ciao’
