Very close to train station. Walking distance to all important points. Silent and comfort in room. Especially the personel. They are awesome. They are so helpfull so warmblooded. Especially Viola, Elena, Luca, Deborah and all of them are felt us as we are home. They were like our family.

The room is very spacious and I had a balcony that I would live open at night just to have the feeling of being in Italy. Location is very handy and you can see most of the sightseeing by foot. Staff at the reception are very kind and respectful. Breakfast was really amazing.

Authentic Italian hotel. Welcomed with a drink of our choice due to it being happy hour. Snacks and ice cream included at happy hour. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great choice for breakfast. Smart TV in the room meaning we could log in to Disney and Netflix to watch our favourite shows, after a long day exploring.

Staff are very lovely and helpful. We had our train cancelled due to a strike and the staff let us drop the luggage with them for an extended period while we waited for an alternative means of transport. Room was clean and comfortable. The train station was next door and there's a groceries store as well, very convenient and good to have a walk after dinner in the old city area.

I booked the deluxe junior suite with river view for my boyfriend’s birthday, and I must say we were exceptionally pleased! The view was stunning and the hotel situated in a prime location.
The room was clean and beautiful. Large windows, a jacuzzi bath, tall ceiling and overall a stunning design to the captivating hotel. I would definitely recommend this room to anyone visiting.
