It's an absolutely lovely little hotel right in the historic district of Perugia, the rooms are large and very comfortable the staff is very, very friendly and very helpful. It's a really nice place to stay. Breakfast is great. Beds are VERY comfortable and the bathroom are large and very convenient.

I stayed twice in this hotel when travelling in Italy, on my way to Rome from Florence and from Rome to Venice. Everything was just as expected - location, room, shower and parking. So why aren’t there more hotels like this in Italy? It’s so nice for someone who’s always on the road.
Gorgeous property overlooking Perugia and the gorgeous vineyards and hills of Umbria. The spa and its services were top notch and the staff made sure we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We loved the outdoor hot tub in our room. This hotel and stay was the highlight of our trip to Italy!
