This hotel was everything we wanted-- a beautiful old building, minimally updated. We loved the high windows facing into the gardens of trees, the murals on the ceiling, the ancient balcony for coffee in the morning. The room had been updated with a minimal modern bathroom in way that preserved the murals, which was very cool. Even in the heat of summer we were comfortable with two fans and the windows open, and waking up to the quiet sounds of breeze and churchbells outside was amazing. A short shady walk from the Rocca Paolina and the historic centre. We passed on coffee and breakfast at the hotel and walked 3 minutes for coffee nearby which was great. But the patio outside is nice for a drink in the evening.

I stayed twice in this hotel when travelling in Italy, on my way to Rome from Florence and from Rome to Venice. Everything was just as expected - location, room, shower and parking. So why aren’t there more hotels like this in Italy? It’s so nice for someone who’s always on the road.
Hotel Vega Perugia is located in 2 hectares of grounds in the beautiful Umbrian countryside between Assisi and Perugia. Cool off in the outdoor pool in this peaceful location. Wi-Fi is free...
Gorgeous property overlooking Perugia and the gorgeous vineyards and hills of Umbria. The spa and its services were top notch and the staff made sure we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We loved the outdoor hot tub in our room. This hotel and stay was the highlight of our trip to Italy!
Filippo is a perfect host ! always ready to help and giving advice before, during and even after the stay.. the apartment is modern and clean, located in a beautiful village of Brufa with lots of arts in the surrounding.. perfect place to stay and doing day excursions in the area..
Large location, but manages to maintain a very familiar and cozy atmosphere. Very modern facility and fantastic spa area with amazing views. What we enjoyed most was that other guests were almost all Italian - this gave the hotel a very local flair. Also, good value for money.
