The location was excellent. The breakfast was good and catered for my wife being Coeliac. The room was comfortable although requiring several steps to enter the room.

This is a very good location for those who wants to have a central point to visit cities nearby. Its parking lot is plenty of space for small or big cars and the hotel is easily accessible from main roads.
Gorgeous property overlooking Perugia and the gorgeous vineyards and hills of Umbria. The spa and its services were top notch and the staff made sure we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We loved the outdoor hot tub in our room. This hotel and stay was the highlight of our trip to Italy!
