Perfect location with breathtaking views. It’s just a short walk to stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The ferry stop is also nearby. No issues communicating with the owner, very responsive and polite. I recommend this place!

Location was awesome. Check in was a breeze. Great places to eat and drink nearby.
We saw the best and worst of Bellano. We had torrential rain on day 1 that curtailed our sightseeing but the sun returned on day 2 and we saw the sights and had a swim in the lake. It has lots of nice places to eat or have a coffee. We didn't have time to use the ferry service which enables you to explore other lakeside towns. So we plan to return in the future.

We stayed here because we read reviews of the crowds not being as heavy as other towns, and it's true! Bellano has a more "local" feel and much less crowded, but still busy on the weekend. It's an amazing little town with access to other lake towns. Wish we had more time there.

Fabulous property and host!
Fabulous property and host! Giovanni went above and beyond to welcome us and answer any questions or concerns, both before our arrival and during our stay. The views of the lake are just stunning and we loved sitting out on our own private terrace with a glass of wine enjoying our surroundings. The location is quiet and secluded, but walkable to town, the ferry, and the train station. We were able rent a boat right in the town and enjoyed exploring the lake on our own. We also took the ferry to other towns on the lake and enjoyed the busier, more well known towns as well.

Beautiful Orrido and Cascata are two "must visits" in...
Beautiful Orrido and Cascata are two "must visits" in Bellano for ones loving nature. The SS36 motorway nearby makes your travel with car very easy alongside the whole Eastern part of the lake, meanwhile the rest of the roads along the lake can be full of traffic jams. This to be considered if you chose your location to sleep during the night but travel to explore different venues during the day.

We would highly recommend staying in Bellano.
We would highly recommend staying in Bellano. It was convenient to other villages on the lake and we could be away from the crowds. It was a charming town with great restaurants. The ferry service was most convenient to Bellano.
We were able to travel around the lake easily and looked forward to coming back to our bit of paradise in Bellano!

Our group really liked Bellano.
Our group really liked Bellano. We were looking for a smaller town that was not over-commercialized or overrun with tourists, but not so small that there was nothing to do and the dining options were limited. In Bellano we found nice restaurants & we were particularly fond of the places adjacent to the water where we could dine and watch the lake traffic. The ferry schedule was a bit confusing but we figured it out spent some time on the water as well. In all, Bellano was what we were looking for and we were very happy with our choice. We would come back here again.
The apartment was perfect for our stay at Bellano! It was ideally located just a minute walk from the lake. There was more than enough room for our group of six girls. The apartment was spacious and all utensils were provided. Bellano is in an ideal location to visit other towns around Lake Como. We were all extremely happy with this apartment and would be delighted to return to see more of Lake Como!
Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Two brothers running the property seamless. This property also offers bikes to cycle around and there is also an opportunity to arrange a pick up from the station. Property is close to Bellano city Centre where you can have breakfast / lunch / dinner for reasonable prices. Thanks guys !
Very good contact with the host. Hassle-free check-in and check-out. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. View from the window of the lake. The ferry terminal is right under the building, you can see it from the window. Bellano is a lovely, quiet town, I would gladly come back here someday.
Amazing property with an incredible location and charming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the views were simply breathtaking. Bellano itself is a wonderful town and the Lake simply beautiful. Overall we loved our time at Hotel Meridiana.
Lovely apartment close to Bellano centre and with great views over Lake Como. Host Milena was very helpful, and the use of the garage to store our motorbikes was a great bonus.
