The room was massive and finished to an exceptionally high standard. Had a selection of little touches on the shelves like books and diffusers which made it feel nice and cosy. Nice big patio doors leading on to a private balcony overlooking the lake which was also great. This has a wind out canopy too in case of rain. The bathroom was also a good size with a very very good shower, nice and powerful

Great location with just a ten minute walk in to Bellano mostly on proper footpaths. Definitely worth visiting Bellano really nice little town.
Staff very friendly also.
In summary we have stayed in four different properties during our week in como and this was by far the best in terms of physical accommodation. Definitely recommend

Nice apartment in quiet area. It’s equipped in everything you need. We loved it. Close to town center, great restaurants,
Apartment itself it’s small but really cosy, with nice views, quiet and short walk from ferries and next to train station. Not very touristy area. It was perfect choice.
Tip. Opposite the accommodation is a water filling station. Great water, still or sparkling.

We stayed here because we read reviews of the crowds not being as heavy as other towns, and it's true! Bellano has a more "local" feel and much less crowded, but still busy on the weekend. It's an amazing little town with access to other lake towns. Wish we had more time there.

Fabulous property and host!
Fabulous property and host! Giovanni went above and beyond to welcome us and answer any questions or concerns, both before our arrival and during our stay. The views of the lake are just stunning and we loved sitting out on our own private terrace with a glass of wine enjoying our surroundings. The location is quiet and secluded, but walkable to town, the ferry, and the train station. We were able rent a boat right in the town and enjoyed exploring the lake on our own. We also took the ferry to other towns on the lake and enjoyed the busier, more well known towns as well.

Beautiful Orrido and Cascata are two "must visits" in...
Beautiful Orrido and Cascata are two "must visits" in Bellano for ones loving nature. The SS36 motorway nearby makes your travel with car very easy alongside the whole Eastern part of the lake, meanwhile the rest of the roads along the lake can be full of traffic jams. This to be considered if you chose your location to sleep during the night but travel to explore different venues during the day.

We would highly recommend staying in Bellano.
We would highly recommend staying in Bellano. It was convenient to other villages on the lake and we could be away from the crowds. It was a charming town with great restaurants. The ferry service was most convenient to Bellano.
We were able to travel around the lake easily and looked forward to coming back to our bit of paradise in Bellano!

Our group really liked Bellano.
Our group really liked Bellano. We were looking for a smaller town that was not over-commercialized or overrun with tourists, but not so small that there was nothing to do and the dining options were limited. In Bellano we found nice restaurants & we were particularly fond of the places adjacent to the water where we could dine and watch the lake traffic. The ferry schedule was a bit confusing but we figured it out spent some time on the water as well. In all, Bellano was what we were looking for and we were very happy with our choice. We would come back here again.

Bellano was magnificent, there were plenty of restaurants, you can get a ferry to other parts of Lake Como, there is a magnificent winery in the hills a 20 minute drive away that is a must to go to;

We loved the host and her helper who welcomed us very nicely. The appartment was suberbly equipped and comfortable. We were also happy with the service (e.g. garbage removal was sorted out for us). The view from the apparment and from a nearby church tarrace is amazing. The town is lovely and not as overrun by tourists as other locations on lake Como. I would come back to Bellano for sure!
Everything. From the hosts (Francesca and her dad), everything went great and we felt so welcomed. The place was cleaned and ready before the check-in time. The apartment had everything we needed, and felt very homey and modern. Bellano is chill and not very touristy, so I recommend staying at Emma House. You can easily get everywhere using the train or ferry. Thank you, Francesca!
It was a really nice and pleasant stay. The apartment is large, cozy and the owners were very helpful and caring. I think we had the most beautiful view in Bellano ;)
