Personalul la mare înălțime, foarte prietenos, gata să te ajute, să-ți dea sfaturi și recomandări pentru excursii in regiune. Loc excelent pentru a face excursii in zona Văii Aosta, sunt nenumărate văi splendide, inclusiv posibilitatea de a merge cu cabina spre Monte Bianco de la Courmayuer.
Personalul foarte amabil, poziționarea hotelului într-un punct strategic din care se poate ajunge foarte ușor în orice stațiune montană, camere călduroase și silențioase,
