So close to the lake with easy access to the historic centre of the village. The views were amazing; the host was so helpful ; the breakfast at the cafe down the main promenade was fresh and delicious and the restaurant had wonderful traditional choices outside along the lake shore. The room was clean and simply decorated.

We loved everything!!! This is such a cute and beautifully finished apartment. The location is perfect with a picturesque balcony. Plenty storage and beautifully made beds with lovey linen. But what made it so special were all the extras, chilled water, Prosecco, breakfast crackers, Nutella, jam, honey, coffee pods, pasta, olive oil, herbs and seasoning…the list goes on. Even make up remover and cotton wool in the gorgeous bathroom. There was an umbrella for the beach, much needed in the heat. There is a lot of care and attention in this property and we will definitely return!

wonderful cozy apartment in the heart of the old city. which we really like for the atmosphere, delicious restaurants and kind people.
the apartment is very clean, has everything you need, easy access (keys in a special box with a code). Very close to all our favorite spots. Parking 50-100 meters for 1 euro per hour. We are very grateful to the owner for a wonderful place to relax.

Anguillara is a very beautiful place and a welcome respite from the “madness” in Rome. I would highly recommend the boat trip around the lake that only operates in summer. Great value for 5 euros. We didn’t have a car and at times it was difficult to find out accurate times for the buses and the boat across the lake. The tourist information booth was open only in the afternoons.

Beautiful old town right on the lake, next to a resort on the lake popular with locals and foreigners alike. Lots of bars and choices of cuisine. Stunning views. Lake swimming and other activities (wind sail boats, kite surfing, wind surfing). Having your own transport would make exploring the wider region easier although train and shuttle bus links through to Rome are easy.

Perfect location: Located 2 minutes walk from the Bracciano Lake.
Very helpful host: Very easy to get in touch with the host. He was waiting for us at the house and explained very nicely all the house details.
Private parking spot: this is a great feature for those travelling with a car.
Included Generous Breakfast: The breakfast perfect! very complete including, coffee, juice, homemade sweets, milk etc.
Super clean!
Both breakfast locations were fantastic. Location close to the lake made it easy to take a walk along the shore or take a swim in the lake. Federico’s restaurant was fabulous. Federico also went out of his way and brought a fan to our room in order to stay a bit cooler in the hot weather.
Barabara was a great host and don't think twice, just book the stay. The stay is so close to Rome with breathtaking views. A 1000/10 for the experience! ❤️
