Check in was simple and easy. The property was perfect for 3 adult women. We were able to cook meals, and enjoy walks around the surrounding area before embarking on our bigger plans for each day. It was peaceful and quiet, simple but had everything we needed including dishes and an electric tea kettle. Excellent value for the price. We read some reviews that complained about the hot water capacity but never had an issue, and there were three of us -- those reviewers must take seriously long showers!

Included free breakfast. Free parking. Late night check in. Large room. When told about the change in breakfast time, (closing 1 hr early) the staff was able to keep it open it longer for my partner who was not up yet.

The location on the South Coast near Seljalandsfoss was wonderful. The full dinner we ordered (appetizer, cod and lamb entrees, and dessert) was excellent and so conveniently served right on property. Slept very well in the comfortable room. Kudos also to the friendly staff.

Excellent secluded location with amazing views! We were able to take amazing photos of the northern lights. Love the animals and the peace. I could not have been more satisfied with this place. The cottage was spotless. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

This was by far the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The location was good, with supermarket and gas station around. Staff was adorable (thanks Gina for the lovely introduction to the place). There’s a hot tube and sauna (omg)!
The bunk beds are private, with blackout curtains and outlet.
The lobby design is very welcoming; plenty of lights, the atmosphere is young. There’s also a bar and pretty good restaurant. Great breakfast for a reasonable price. For sure I’d stay there again! Congrats!
The cabin was very small and basic. I weigh 120 pounds and could barely maneuver myself in the bathroom. The shower stall was not set up properly and water leaked onto the bathroom floor.
There was no WIFI in the cabin and I was told to use the restaurant if I needed to make contact with someone. The restaurant was closed at night. If I had had an emergency, I would have had to drive somewhere for WIFI access.
The food was mediocre and expensive. I do not recommend this facility.

The property is on camping site, has very nice view.
The property is on camping site, has very nice view. Plenty space between the two cottage. But cottage was too much smaller for four people. We had not enough space for cooking and put our bags inside. In summer time it's very hard to get accomodations in Iceland, so I have not much choice, so no complain. Price is higher as per facility.
