These cottages were in a great location that allowed us to have amazing views of the Northern Lights!! It was far enough away from the town while still being easy to get to. It was easy to check in at the restaurant. The staff was friendly and invited us to the New Year's Eve party they were having that night. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We were for one night and the waitress in the dinner was exceptional, the breakfast next day was great, a lot of variety of food. the location was nice and comfy, nice place to see the boreal auroras.

The cabin was very small and basic. I weigh 120 pounds and could barely maneuver myself in the bathroom. The shower stall was not set up properly and water leaked onto the bathroom floor.
There was no WIFI in the cabin and I was told to use the restaurant if I needed to make contact with someone. The restaurant was closed at night. If I had had an emergency, I would have had to drive somewhere for WIFI access.
The food was mediocre and expensive. I do not recommend this facility.

The property is on camping site, has very nice view. Plenty space between the two cottage. But cottage was too much smaller for four people. We had not enough space for cooking and put our bags inside. In summer time it's very hard to get accomodations in Iceland, so I have not much choice, so no complain. Price is higher as per facility.
