It was a pleasant stay here. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room was neat and tidy with refreshing smell. Bed sheets were clean and well washed that they were nicely fragmented. The common terrace place was perfect to have food with estate view.

Would recommend for 3 days stay. Dont go on long weekends. You will face traffic jam and lose valuable time. Boating is good. Peeku place charge 300 per person is very high. Rose garden is good. No Atm has cash. Gpay doesn't work due to connectivity issue. So carry enough cash. Food is somewhat expensive. Stay at a hotel away from the town crowd.

Small town, good people, full of green everywhere. Roads are good. Hairpin curves on the way to this hill is too good. Not enough good restaurants at this place. It has rained in the night and thick fog around the town right from evening 6pm till early morning. I simply loved this place.

Go only for scenic beauty and atmosphere,no proper food availability in yercaud.no branded food outlets.you'll die searching for good and proper food.i would definitely avoid Google map ,it took us to a road on the mountain with all stones n no taar or proper road ,had to turn back half way down that too after midnight

-1st day checked in @ White mint hotel and went out to explore boating, shopping and all other famous tourist places and had dinner buffet at Grand palace resort which was only secondary to GRT Great Trails and retired to our room for the night. Next day morning ordered breakfast from room service which was lip smakingly good and checked out...
-2nd day checked in @ Penthouse room in GRT -Great Trails resort Yercaud and stayed the whole day in the resort and enjoyed Infinity pool, tea in the panaromic balcony facing the Salem city, Jacuzzi, sky rope, food at the resort (buffet dinner and next day breakfast) etc...
-Rented a car at Onroadz, salem. All you need is original driver licence and 2 blank cheques which will be returned when you return the vehicle. The rented car made easier for us to travel at our own pace and convenient time.

Good roads to move around.
Good roads to move around. Difficult to navigate to different tourist spots with self driving as mobile signal is very weak and you cannot follow map. Better to take local cab to move around.
Places are not crowded during our visit. Does not have any facilities in tourist spots and not maintained properly.
Water in Yercaud lake really stinking and better not to put your hand in water and splash on others for fun.
Eating at the hotel you stay is better option than looking for new options.
New residency. Food facilities available. Home made food available both South Indian and Chinese food items available.
At yercaud home made food is little bit problem.
So this hotel facilities available for home made food with amazing staff service.
Both Room service and kitchen team their job doing well.

Luckily had one tea shop opposite to hotel otherwise there is no nearby shops/hotels . No preparation to receive and keep room ready . But he provided another room which is inter connected double room
Booking confirmed with phone then go to the hotel room not available is told very disappointed then he is told change local another hotel that hotel worst so I not stay
