The best sleep we’ve had in weeks. It felt super quiet at night and the bed was so comfy. The owners and family are incredible and the stay is well worth the price. The place is new to using booking which is why there aren’t many reviews, but we are sure to see this place gain more popularity (:

We stayed before and after we did Mt Rinjani and really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the lovely rooms. The lounge is a nice place to relax, staff are friendly and very helpful and the food is really lovely. Highly recommend

The place is very clean and feels private. The breakfast is served early and tastes good. The aircon works well, but the area is already cooler at night so you don’t even really need it. The bed is comfortable and clean.
The best part of Embun Rinjani is the warm and welcoming staff, especially the manager Andy. He was so friendly and helped me navigate the area.

Basic accommodation with an epic view of the sunrise and mount rinjani. Fantastic host who really goes out of his way to help with anything and everything. Location was a short walk uphill to other warungs and the best part is being able to walk to see the waterfalls. Hot water shower! Very nice.

Nice and friendly people. Beautiful location, close to waterfalls and Mt. Rinjani. Some good restaurants with cheap prices around. The accomodation is very basic, but absolutely enough if you are here for treking.

I had a great stay here. The family running it is super sweet. The rooms were clean and comfortable and they had just installed hot water so I got a nice shower after the waterfalls. They can also help you with trekking tours if you want to do rinjani. Definitely recommend 🤗

We stayed in Lombok just 4 days and we like Senaru as our base, because it was quiet, local.people very kind and friendly and you can explore many different things by travelling just a short distance - Tiu Kelep waterfall, rice fields, sunset point, traditional village and stick fighting.

Beautiful waterfall and hiking, but to many “helpers” trying to make a block off too few tourist a few days before hiking season, around town. They are very nice but it was sad to have to say no thank you so much.

The waterfall walk at Senaru was a bit slippery, and the trek to the main waterfall requires sensible shoes and includes crossing the creek, so you will get wet feet. We didn't use a guide but reccommend you do as it is not always clear where to go. We also uses the scooter riders instead of waling back up the hill. Well worth it, some great views over the valley, but the track is narrow and steep on one side so if you are afraid of heights maybe think twice.
