I didn't like anything about this hotel. I would recommend going to Rinjani Lodge or Pondok Senaru Cottages. You'll be treated very well there!

The semi open concept is very interesting and nice, very close to nature. The rooms are built and decorated in traditional stlyle and we loved it. It was spotless clean and all necessary amenities are provided for a comfortable stay
The restaurant is awesome, very good food and awesome atmosphere. Coffee is great also and the staff is amazing, very kind and welcoming. Totally recommend this accommodation for a wonderful stay in north Lombok. Unlike other accomodations ee had in Indonesia, this one is exactly what you see in the pictures and description, and even more! Waterfalls are close by and definitely worth trekking to see both of them.

Best place we stayed in our month on Lombok! We stayed here once to begin our trip and again at the end as a night before climbing Rinjani.
Jull, the owner, and his family were so nice and friendly. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Big beds, big bathrooms with hot water and mosquito nets. Their breakfast food was also nice.
We were initially planning on climbing Rinjani during the first stay but as we were organising last minute there weren't spaces. No problem though because they booked us onto a hike at the end our trip! They organised us to be picked up, drove to them, stayed over, set us up with a wonderful hiking team and then dropped us off at the port to sumbawa. They even offered us free beers after our 3 day hike as a celebration of our hard work!
We probably won't be back but it's a shame because it was so nice there.

The room is a simple room but it's OK. The water was hot.
When I arrived they offered me coffee / tea and when I left they offered me a lunch to take away.
The breakfast is simple but OK.
The owner helped me driving me to the restaurant at night because it's pretty dark here. He brang me to sunset and ceremony for indépendant day. He is very helpful and kind

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Andi and his staff were so welcoming and helpful. The location was very good as well being close to the attractions, shops, and the attached restaurant.

Good size villa in Senaru. Two rooms, bedroom and lounge area plus bathroom . Outside balcony with seating and nice views of Mountain. Bed comfortable. Warm water for shower. Restaurant on site. Staff friendly and welcoming.
Only 5 min drive to waterfall carpark. Wifi initially wasn't running until staff gave me token with password. After that it was ok, sometimes dropping out for a few minutes. Parking for my car in front of room.

We stayed in Lombok just 4 days and we like Senaru as our base, because it was quiet, local.people very kind and friendly and you can explore many different things by travelling just a short distance - Tiu Kelep waterfall, rice fields, sunset point, traditional village and stick fighting.

Beautiful waterfall and hiking, but to many “helpers” trying to make a block off too few tourist a few days before hiking season, around town. They are very nice but it was sad to have to say no thank you so much.

The waterfall walk at Senaru was a bit slippery, and the trek to the main waterfall requires sensible shoes and includes crossing the creek, so you will get wet feet. We didn't use a guide but reccommend you do as it is not always clear where to go. We also uses the scooter riders instead of waling back up the hill. Well worth it, some great views over the valley, but the track is narrow and steep on one side so if you are afraid of heights maybe think twice.
