The location is great, but since it is a budget accommodation, don't expect anything fancy. Apart from the weak wifi signal in our room, the stay was quite good.

When travelling I prefer to enjoy the place & mix with the people instead of hopping from one place to another spending hours in a car. Eating where they eat & shopping where they shop instead of “touristic” destinations. I walked around from the house to Ngarai Sianok then Jam Gadang. The weather cooperated throughout my stay, but the crowds were packed due to the town 29th anniversary celebrations.
Maybe visiting during mid year instead of monsoon & peak holiday seasons will give more time to enjoy the areas.
The costs are friendly to the wallet & even small food stalls around the areas are delicious & representing the traditional dishes.

Perfect stay if u visit Bukittinggi..this place is surrounded around paddy field..and i love the garden..bed was super comfy like 4 stars hotel bed..the breakfast was excellent..i love the avocado toast..everything was perfect, the staffs are helpful..love would to come again
The location was perfect. Close to everything you need. The hotel itself is beautiful. I got the dlx room with mountain view which was lovely to wake up to.
The view from my balcony. Room service food was good. Walking distance to the center of town. ATM was available in the hotel area, so it was convenient.
