Customer service was exceptional, I can only recommend this place. Very close to city centre, beds are great, rooms are good, we stayed in an older room, still it was great, I can only imagine how good are the new rooms.

I’m almost always satisfied with the hotels where I stay, but this was really one of a bad kind. I have never been to Hungary before so maybe the standard general is lower, I don’t know. In this hotel everything is very dark, kind of a forgotten building without lights. When you enter the hotel the lobby is dark and with no lights and the personal in the reception is not welcoming you at all, it is like you are disturbing them. The room was not a nice feeling at all, curtains around all walls, you did not know if there even is a window, so strange. The room smelled really bad and the breakfast was not good at all, you couldn’t find something to eat, the coffee was also undrinkable.
