The place was clean, nice and fit to us perfectly. It had all the amenities needed, thus it was easy to live in and feel like home. We could use bikes and sups free of charge, the hosts were very pleasant and helpful in all the cases.
The beach is few minutes away, very nice, not too big, but it has shower, changing booth and the water as well 🙂
Nearest grocery shop is few meters from the place, we found there most of the things we needed, but it is quite small, so if you need for example vegetable milk, you should buy it before.
I would like to come back there and stay there longer and would recommend this place as the one of the best places I have ever stayed at before.

It was the perfect stay for our 9 nights. A relaxing island with the best hosts. They waited for us at the port and took us to the flat to show us everything. They were always attentive to our needs. We could be relaxed cooking our breakfast and dinner, being able to wash our clothes and have a very peaceful time. María and her mother were super hosts, lending us things we needed and even giving us some vegetables from their garden. Thank you to both!

Charming apartment conveniently located in the heart of a lovely waterside village, well placed for all amenities. Th3 apartment was spacious p, immaculately clean and well appointed with a a particularly powerful shower. The host, Jelena, was really friendly and helpful with great communication from the outset. It’s been a real pleasure to stay here and relax on the delightful island of Sipan.

This little gem on the island of Sipan is catered for the type of traveller that prioritises two fundamental things, tranquility and breathtaking views. The apartment’s terrace will instantly de-stress the mind and soul and hurl you into a restful dream. The slow pace and trusting nature of the village community will leave you reflecting on how lost modern society has become, and wish we could return to such simplicity. The apartment has modest but functional facilities, but if you’re like me, you’ll sit down on the terrace and realise it’s insignificant compared to staring out into such panoramic beauty.
It is great to have pool for exclusive use with a shaded place for eating, drinking wine a watching TV (if you really want to do this living on such a beautiful island as Sipan is). Furthermore, we were not hotel guest but rather friends visiting comfortable house assisted with host helping us to feel like locals. This was one of my greatest family vacations since Elafiti islands including Sipan are the place where I would like to stay for entire year. Strongly recommended for those who appreciate spirit of island life.
