Located few steps away from the beach, beautiful view and a short walking distance from near by restaurants. We did not travelled the island and it was just a sit and relax holiday. A scuba diving trip was easy for the club picked us and dropped us back in the near by church. The staff was aswesome, patient, supportive and was there with every thing we needed and asked.

Laza Beach, hotel in Skala

Located in Skala, Laza Beach offers beachfront accommodations a 2-minute walk from Aquarius Beach and has facilities like a garden, a restaurant and a bar.

The hotel is situated, right across a small road from a quiet beach where you have free access if you take dinner or lunch at the Yialos Fish Restaurant right in front of the hotel. We stayed for 14 days and chose this option for most days as the beach was suited for us - not too large, quiet even when all beds were taken, very good food and service at the restaurant even though there are cheeper options on the island. We stayed in the bungalow, which for us was perfect as we had our own "home away from.home" for 2 weeks. The bungalow is small, but enough for 3 people who mostly spend just the nights in the room. The cleaning service was great. The lady in charge of the service is great and really made the place sparkle every day (tje service is daily, but we didn' t feel the need for daily, so we sometimes asked her to skip us for the day). The hotel is close to everything - bars, coffee shops, pastry shops, mini-markets, bike rentals etc. As the island is small, everything is close. Still we found it very quite, especially during the night so you can have very good night rest. We also had breakfast included. It is not diverse, eggs - cooked as asked - or ham.and cheese toast - coffee, tea, juice, buttter, jam and cookies, but it is very fresh and tasty and the service is pleasent. All in all, if ever back in Agistri, will chose the same accommodation.

Dionysos Hotel, hotel in Skala

Overlooking the Saronic Gulf, Dionysos features self-catered rooms with balcony in the pine-covered area of Skliri. It offers private access to the sea and free Wi-Fi in the public areas.

Great, quiet location with a fantastic view of the sea from both the bed and balcony. Clean and comfortable, with the comfort and utilities you need for a short or long stay. Air conditioning worked great when needed, and Mario provided mosquito repellent for when we needed it. The short walk to the beach and center of this extremely small town was a joy and it satisfied our desire for the small Greek island vacation we wanted.

Skala, and Agistri as a whole, is a lovely place to visit.

Skala, and Agistri as a whole, is a lovely place to visit. The views with mountains in the distance in almost every direction you look is amazing. There are plenty of restaurants with good food and shops to buy what you need. There's also a place called Agistri Go Rentals in Skala where you can rents bikes, ebikes, scooters, and most importantly three-wheeled electric scooters that you can rent even without a license with which you can easily go to the end of the island at Aponisos and back. Every beach has its own charm. And the view of Methana in the south is just amazing.

Beautiful, clean, fragrant hotel. Excellent restaurant, nice service, excellent food. Beautiful, clean sea in front of the hotel. A short walk to the center. A short walk from the port of Skala to the hotel. I fell in love with this hotel and the island. Our family will be coming back to this place.

Had visited the island several times previously, though only as a day-trip from Aegina and not for 6 years. We found the whole island, especially Skala, greatly improved. It was spotlessly clean, with excellent road surface and good pavements, several new or improved hotels, good restaurants and cafeterias (though, as in most places these days, many of them think loud music enhances the customers' enjoyment). Nice beaches close by and a pleasant evening walk to Megalohori and back. Our 3 days on the island also gave us plenty of time to swim at the island's best beach (Dragonera) and have a fantastic lunch at the one and only great taverna of Limenaria.

Agistri is the best Greek island I've been to.

Agistri is the best Greek island I've been to. It is less crowded than other islands and it is so small, you can walk between the 2 main towns, Skala and Megalachori by foot or ride bicycles or motorcycle. Skala is the more touristic town, with many restaurants, beaches, bars and hotels. you can eat in more fancy restaurants at Rosy's Little Village hotel, or at Kekrifalia Hotel, or on the beach at Sunrise Beach House or morning pancakes at Copa Cabana, or maybe choose to eat street food next door to toxotis studios or grill at Pine Grill & Steakhouse or at Alterego. Renting a bike would be much cheaper at Megalachori, this way you can get to the most amazing beaches on the island, especially dragonera, where you can enjoy sunset party.

Agkistri is for the adventurous alternative travelers who value nature, tranquility and not the crowds of tourists. Here the opening times of the places keep a different pace from back when people respected themselves and their rest time. In Skala you will find basic services and a beautiful landscape in a small size just as the island is tiny and walkable. All the places worth a visit and it is hard to find a place with no standards.

Skala is a beautiful place and it has everything you'll ever need. Lots of restaurants, ice cream, waffle, cocktail bars, sand beaches with sun beds and umbrellas but if you don't want very crowded places you can take an umbrella on your own and enjoy the sea.

We were there before check in time and they let us store our luggage near reception and actually enjoy the sun beds near the pool whilst the room was getting ready which was super! The room was nice and the balcony was huge and was overlooking the pool as well. They also let us leave our bags there again and use the sun beds near the pool after we checked out and that was very much appreciated :) The hotel is very close to Skala port which is great - it's also near a lot of restaurants.

This hotel was really close to Skala port, but tucked up a hill, so was so peaceful and quiet. The woman who managed the hotel (whoes name I regretfully didn't get) was just so lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here. We booked a superior room with sea view, and it was just incredible. The best view from a hotel I've ever had. It was comfy and clean. Everything hoped for. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, reasonable size en-suite room with own terrace. All the hotel’s facilities within easy reach as indeed was the lovely village of Skala with its bars, good varieties of good restaurants and eateries, not forgetting shops and ATMs. Easy access from either port of arrival . There are also a local bus and taxis available. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
