A nice city, with plenty of beaches nearby, some of them...
A nice city, with plenty of beaches nearby, some of them with blue flag. At 3 km away, there are some beautiful beaches, with shallow water, perfect for childrens. Quite a lot places to eat, some of them on the beach front, others a little bit hidden between city. I discovered, and I strongly recomand to try "Neza's fish house", where I eat the best fish and seafood. Kavala is a nice city nearby, with historical sites, worth to visit.
What is not so nice is the fact that are very few parking places.

Not a party town and good for families.
Beach sand not generally suitable for sandcastles because the particles are too large but it gets in less places and brushes off easily.
Beaches generally shallow and good for small kids. Small waves most of the time unless the wind is in the wrong direction

The apartment is perfect for a vacation by the sea. Location is near the beach, we are with a 2 year old and we had no trouble to go and leave the beach by walking. The apartment is really comfortable and clean.

Ammolofoi beach area is convenient with around 10 organized beach facilities with restaurants and bars. Nea Peramos is a small vacation town with 4-5 quality restaurants and several fast foods. Basic shopping is available including pharmacies and supermarkets.

It is a small seaside village.
It is a small seaside village. Unfortunately during my stay it was rainy so I could not explore the area and facilities much. It is not noisy, may be because the season had not started yet. ( I was there around10th of June) .The have a good bakery and a good sweets shop.

Nea Peramos – not overcrowded, yet plenty to do. The nearby Ammolofi Beach with its plenty beach bars (Blue Beach Bar was my favorite) is great for social experience and there are also lots of small, more quiet beaches if you seek to rest.

The view is fantastic. It was very clean, we had everything that we needed for our stay (there were parking spots, next to the house. In Nea Peramos, this is problem). The landlady is wonderful, the communication was easy. We had a problem with one of the doors, the next day, she was there to fix it. The terrace is really big, and the furniture is beautiful and comfortable. We loved it!
Very nice and modern hotel. Staff is amazing, kind and very helpful to make your stay unforgettable.
There is a swimming pool and a bar where you can relax.
Everything is new, clean and very well maintained.
Location is good, near seaside walking street and restaurants. Parking is public and is available in surrounding narrow streets
Situated in a walking distance from the centre of Nea Peramos and the beach, the accommodation is modernly and well furnished and equipped. My kids were very fascinated. Very clean and comfortable. Panos (the host) is very helpful and kind. Value for money. Recommend!
Perfect location with beach and 24/7 bakery nearby. Exceptionaly clean rooms. Hotel's personal is always trying to find a parking slot for you in front or behind the hotel. Sunbeds in front of the hotel.
