The apartment has everything you may need. It's spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Only 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and to the restaurant. The village is calm and peaceful. Perfect for a family holiday. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Parking in front of the property. I would certainly recommend and be back in their place.

Probably a nice place, but during the Summer. November is a month where people are not seen, no restaurants, nothing to do. Closest thing to do and enjoy the stay, is to go to Kavala, which have a lot to offer and see.

Nea Karvali is a small town with few shops and no nightlife, but everything is walking distance away and it's a great place for a small group of people to enjoy themselves or take a break from the loudness of the big city. The beach is small, but it's enough to enjoy.

Nea Karvali does not feel like a holiday location - there is no walk alley along the sea, peppered with cafes / restaurants, there are very limited shopping options, the food stores are rather outdated, so we were going often to Kavala for quality food & veggies/fruits, coffee & eating out.
We stayed close to the kids playground near the sea, and this in the evening was turning into gathering spot for the local teens - playing sport or driving motorbikes or simply talking loudly. Unfortunately, this was right opposite our apartment, so we could not fall asleep till after midnight - rather unpleasant for such a quiet location.
