The check-in was very nice, they welcomed us with a shot of their homemade liquor and a little sweet treat. Then we went up to our room. Unfortunately there was a problem with this room, but the staff managed it very well and changed our room within the next minutes. We stayed in the "resort" part of this hotel, which comes with a Jacuzzi in every room/on the balcony, very nice! The breakfast was tasty and a variety of choices as well. We also enjoyed their Greek night, a buffet of delicious Greek food and Greek music/live dancing. We will definitely come back to this wonderful place!

Every staff member was so welcoming and friendly - always checking how we were and they couldn't do enough for us. They really made the place extra special. Good choice for breakfast and lovely fresh juice. I'm gluten-intolerant and they were able to provide a really nice GF bread.
The room was lovely and having our private pool was wonderful, but the communal pool was also beautiful if you wanted a change of scenery. All areas were always sparkling clean.
The hotel was close to the beach and a very short walk to the restaurants.
We hired a car and enjoyed exploring as there wouldn't be enough for us to be only in Kalamaki for a week.

The staff were so polite happy and helpful especially a man who worked in the snack bar by the pool with a beard he worked so hard and nothing was too much trouble for him. Breakfast was really nice and there was plenty of choice. Pools were good no fighting over sunbeds at all.

Kalamaki was like most wee towns on the island, very touristy. The many restaurants mostly sold the same dishes, but staff in each place we ate were always lovely and welcoming.
The location is good if you're wanting some buzz without it being too rowdy. It suits couples and families.
Remedy Cocktail Bar was a brilliant find: such a lovely place to relax, great music, and Skopi and Denise were gorgeous and looked after us well.
We were glad we hired a car so we could explore quieter bays for a swim and gorgeous parts of the island.

Plenty to do, lots of choices for food throughout the day, some bars offering various entertainment during the week. Shops offering food, drinks, gifts etc. Beach is open from 7am to dusk as it's turtle nesting beach so no water sports.

Our hotel is not exposed on the main road, hence it is quite calm. But on the strip, how is the main road sometimes called, you can find anything you need for a pleasant stay. A lot of great tavernas, bars, supermarkets, and big giftshop with anything you might need to buy as a present for your friends back home. Despite a number of restaurants, the location is quite calm, with no drunk or aggressive ppl around.

Lots of lovely restaurants and bars, been a couple of times and still loads left to visit. Ideal for those who prefer a quieter resort but with plenty to do. Can recommend Iguana bar, Olive Tree restaurant and Bullhorn restaurant.

We loved our stay at the Crystal Beach Hotel. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Warm, friendly staff, excellent location right on the beach and near to shops and restaurants, excellent pool facilities and the beach bar- amazing! The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was big and facilities seemed very new. We couldn't fault our stay here- we hope to come back to Crystal Beach Hotel soon!
Location is brilliant. Right in the middle of Kalamaki with restaurants, bars and shops all around the hotel. Very short walk to the beach. 5 minute taxi from the airport. Room was nicer than I was expecting and beds were comfy. If you’re looking for a base and want to go out exploring the island everyday this hotel is perfect.
Everything was ready to welcome us even though it was a last-minute booking. Clean and comfortable, the surroundings are wonderful with all these flowers and green. The rooms comfortable and we had great sleep after our escapes on the island of Zante. I hope to see you soon again Vaso, thank you!
