Tha family who manages the hotel is very kind and friendly. Variety of the breakfast is quite sufficient and satisfying, and the unlimited coffee service is also pleasing. I stayed at number 110, it was a very neat and clean room with its balcony and air conditioner. It is 10-min drive to Pitagoria. Every hotel looks alike at Ireon, they have the basic bed & breakfast concept. I really don't understand why people commented this mean about this hotel.. Next summer when I revisit Samos, I will definitely choose Adamantia again.

Clean and spacious room near the town of Heraion. The property exceeded my expectations. Everything was prepared in detail and the staff was there to help me with anything I needed during my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

The house is very unique and located near the long and rocky beach. It was easy to find it with the help of instructions (gps address). We liked a house with the peaceful surroundings. There is a really nice path for outdoor enthusiasts. There are only few houses near Heras house, and no shops. Lack of shops wasn't a problem for us because we had a car. Special thanks for a washing machine and the swimming shoes. We would like to come back!

Small and peaceful village for those seeking for peace and relaxation. All the restaurants are near, you don't need the car unless you want to explore other villages and towns. Nice pebble beach with shallow water. Heraion was within walking distance from Ireon and is a must-see, if you are interested in history. From Heraion it wasn't too long way by foot to Pythagorion, about one hour walk (but after exploring Heraion and Pythagorion we came back to Ireon by taxi, which cost 13 euros). In Pythagorion you can find souvenirs and shops and it also has beautiful, authentic alleys. From Pythagorion you can take boat trips to other towns or Turkey. In Ireon there are just a few mini markets, a pharmacy etc. so if you want to buy clothes or souvenirs (other than postcards or something like that) you have to go to Pythagorion or somewhere else. Best restaurants: Akrogiali, Venetia and Cafe and Bar Idyli (the beach bar).
