Tucked away on the other side of the island of syros lyes Hotel Benois. The hotel is opposite a secluded beach to enjoy morning swims and breathtaking sunsets. The hotel is stylish yet comfy with lots of little nooks to curl up in with a good book in. The rooms are
very clean and the pool is stunning with an abundance of pool beds and chairs to sleep the afternoon away in. What I loved the most however was the staff. Family run, Hotel Benois is warm and welcoming and the owner is fluent in many languages to converse and connect the guests .Travelling alone "its the people you meet not the places you go" I highly recommend this Hotel and look forward to returning again.

Very nice welcoming reception and hosts, extraordinary breakfast (prepared to order from a menu, on request due to extrordinary circumstances even outside set hours), calm and clean room, balcony for everyone to the harbour, for relaxing in the evening, stable and fast wireless, help with the baggage, nice and above-standard room and bathroom accessories, comfi bed not causing any problems for my spine, nice location on harbour bay with view of old town. Acustically tight windows even kept Friday night buzz from harbourfront outside. Bars and grocery store next door.

The hotel is located right at the center of Ermoupolis. They have reserved some parking spots on the street and they are willing to serve upon request subject to availability. Daily cleaning. Large wardrobes.
Location is great, Finikas is about 500m away with an easy stroll where you can get supplies from the supermarket and good local restaurants and bakery. The room had a balcony facing the sea, separate dining area and kitchen. Good sized bathroom and bedroom. Pool was great for an end of day dip. Bus was 200m away and took us to town or any of the other beaches we wanted to visit. Staff were great, it was a nice relaxing place to stay at
warm welcome, straight negotiation, spontaneous in offering help (bike rent, taxi, etc), totally great comfort considering relatively quite low price (we appreciate the furniture chosen really with a decency of designers feeling), always free beach space with the shades to lie under, not crowded like in other cities, crystal clear sea, possibility to buy a pint of red wine for 5€, nearby the best gyros in Greece (or they say so),...
The apartment was perfectly situated, 5 mins walk from the beach, tavernas, mini market, bakery. It was so peaceful and the view was beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and modern and the host was really welcoming and helpful. Finikas is a nice little resort, with a small beach and very easy bus access to lots of other beaches and the main town of Ermoupolis. Highly recommend Galini Apartments.
The hotel had everything we needed: good bed, hot water, and it was great sleeping with the sound of sea waves. Also Georgios' service was excellent! Finikas is a very nice and small town, almost no tourists, for us it was a really local experience.
A beautiful location overlooking the sea. Finikas town nearby (1 km) has lovely restaurants. Booked a car to drive around the island. Manos and Daisy were great hosts and very helpful.
