Host was wonderful, her characteristic hospitality mad us fallen in love here, we feel so relaxed seem staying at aunty's house not guest house. She allowed us to do early check-in because the other room was available due to road to Juta will be closed at 9 am.
Host fulled us with her delicious local food and drinks for breakfast & dinner (additional charges but cheaper than restaurants). My friend hates to eat fresh tomatoes but her salad changed her mind. Recommend her homemade wine.
The location is not very centre or very near the village parking but easily calm not too far or too high with bag pack without horse service.
We also had an opportunity to see her old/ traditional clothing, shoes, accessories too. This is very excited.

All is extremely well decorated with a lot taste and we with a sense of efficiency. The spaces are big. You feel like in a cocon.

Outside of touristy town of Stepantsminda, there is a small and friendly village tucked away in a big and green valley. That village is called Sno, and the best host you will find in Sno can be found at this property. The beds were clean and comfy. There is a good kitchen to use. Campfires every night. A mountain stream meters from the rooms (perfect for taking a quick plunge). What more do you want? I booked this place without a rented car and it was fine. Got a number of a cabbie in Stepantsminda and called him for the weekend whenever I wanted to leave.

We had a wonderful stay in Akhaltsikhe, the accommodation was very comfortable and the hostess was friendly and helpful. Definitely would book again. The kitchen was very well equipped which was quite useful in such a secluded place.

Top location, easily reachable by car (we parked it exactly by the house) but also very quiet and with an amazing view of the mountains. As per the house itself — it is equipped with everything you might need, starting with kitchen utensils and to the insane number of big clean white towels. Even a washing machine was there, so we had a chance to wash everything after our hike. Juta — a village with great spots for hiking — is just 15 mins away by car following the same road. Stepantsminda — for restaurants, banks and other facilities — is also about the same time, going in an opposite direction.
We fit in as a group of 6 with no problem.
The host is very friendly and stays in touch at all time if something happens.

Jut'a is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful wide valley...
Jut'a is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful wide valley to hike in with a view of the mountains. While I absolutely would NOT stay at 5th Season again, they are a great place to spend the day eating (bring your own alcoholic beverages as theirs aren't good) and staring at the peaks, even if you don't want to hike.

Unbelievably beautiful, this is an area that is straight out of a fairy tale, I have been to many countries, however I have never experienced this beautiful mix of grass, rivers, trees and icy mountain tops in one area.

IF YOU ARE HEADING TO JUT'A, IT'S EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SUPPLY FOOD AND OTHER THINGS YOU MAY NEED FROM STEPANTSMINDA "KAZBEGI' BEFORE YOU GO TO JUT'A, I WAS GOING CAMPING IN THE MOUNTAIN AND MADE A HUGE MISTAKE OF NOT SUPPLYING FROM STEPANTSMINDA THINKING THAT I WILL SUPPLY FROM JUT'A, BUT TO MY SHOCK THERE WAS NO SUPERMARKET IN JUT'A AND ONLY ONE LOUZY RESTAURANT WITH RUDE OWNER AND HALF OF THE MENU MISSING.
