This venue is a fairly modern property that couldn’t be better placed for the city centre and the famous attractions of Bath. Car Parking is provided by a basement facility shared with a nearby supermarket. There is no lift access so I had to carry my suitcase from the Second Basement level up 3 flights of stairs - maybe I should add I am 80 years old. I recommend you drop your bags off at the front door of the hotel before parking your car. At the time of writing the parking charge is £15 per day. The reception staff were professional and helpful. Access to rooms is via 2 relatively small lifts which state they take 8 passengers each. In reality, however, when factoring in luggage, that number is more like 6 which is a limited capacity given the four floors of rooms they are supposed to serve. During my stay, one lift was out of order so waits for the remaining lift were tedious. The room was compact with a double bed slotted into a confined alcove space giving limited access to either side. There are numerous electrical outlets complete with USB slots. There was ample cupboard and drawer space. The bed was comfortable with sufficient bedding and pillows. The bathroom was well-appointed with a wash basin, toilet, and shower stall. Soap, shampoo, and conditioning liquids are provided along with hand and bath towels. At breakfast, you are greeted warmly by a delightful hostess who explained what was on offer and ushers you to the best table available. I had good views over the river from my table. The variety of both cooked and cold dishes is extensive. I did not make use of the available restaurant and bar facilities. I spent a comfortable 3 nights at this venue which provides almost unrivaled access to Bath’s attractions.

Park opposite, easy walk into city. Quiet. Tv exceptional quality
I work in Bath most weeks and love to stay here. It's a wonderful peaceful getaway. The Little Nest is so welcoming. It's only a short drive to Bath so for me, much nicer than parking at a car park and checking into a hotel. The private drive and picnic area are a treat, and the cooking facilities and fridge mean I can prepare my own meals. Hosts are very helpful and easy to contact.
it was an extremely pleasant stay. everything you could want was included and the instructions in the properties book have very clear instructions on how everything worked. You get a lot more facilities wise than most cheap hotels like travel lodge offer for half the price. i was highly impressed and would highly recommend for others to stay here.
The room was spacious and had all of the facilities I've come to expect with a hotel stay. Unfortunately I didn't have time to sample the breakfast but it smelled excellent as I passed by the dining room on my way out. The scenery around is stunning and it's perfectly placed for both Bath and Bristol.
