A great place to stay in Tobermory! We were only in town 1 night and loved the location, everything right there at the harbor in easy walking distance and parking right outside. I'd booked a double room with a sea view, not one that had a sloping ceiling. The room was delightfully decorated and had a lovely view out the window, and the treat basket was a terrific touch. Lovely hotel, excellent staff and great breakfast too.

Good size room, comfortable bed. The breakfast was OK, but because it was put in the room the day before, the rolls were not fresh.
The self check-in and check-out was fine but we missed the personal touch.

Loved where the property was situated and there was plenty of parking. There was a large open plan area that had a kitchen which was well equipped for all items needed to make meals. There were fridges and each room had a basket assigned for your own food. There were tables you could sit on your own or table to be sociable with others staying at the lodge. A comfy seating area was also in this space and it was well thought off. The bedroom was just big enough with a sink, and shelving area with extra pillows, towels and kettle and condiments for making a brew after a long day out site seeing. The room was very clean, it did not have a bathroom attached which we knew this when booking. The toilets x2 were at the top of the stairs at the end of the bedroom corridor. The bedroom area was warm and heated by modern storage heaters.

Immaculately clean, attention to detail was superb , excellent buffet breakfast with a great selection of food . The added bonus of the wee dram in the room is a welcome surprise ,
Plenty to do and see. Boat trips available throughout the day. Lovely bright town with different eating venues. Chip shop had an amazing fish supper and batter lovely and crisp. Views at the harbour amazing and though it got a little busy it was still lovely and peaceful.

The scenery on Mull is breathtaking.
Plenty places to eat and drink in and around Tobermory.
Parking can be an issue, but there are plenty spaces around the harbour front.
Be aware that most of the roads are single track, so respect the speed, especially on corners and use the passing places properly (no parking in them)

Lovely town in a very pretty bay.
Lovely town in a very pretty bay. However it is quite a drive to Iona from there although both the drive to get the Iona ferry and the town of Tobermory are well worth staying there. Excellent boat trips available to see wildlife

Tobermory is a great place, excellent walking from the centre; lovely shops and an iconic harbour. Very friendly and welcoming locals. Some super restaurants - e.g. The Galleon Bistro and Cafe Fish. Informative boat trips to see the wildlife in Tobermory Harbour in the little Tobermory Bay yellow boat. All in all, a brilliant stop off place for any visitor as there is something to please everyone.
Beautiful and comfortable accommodation with the most amazing view across the Sound of Mull with the mainland mountains behind. Fabulous, well-equipped kitchen and super living room. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds so comfortable, we had the best night's sleep for our week there. A real home from home. Well situated as it was about 20 minutes drive from Tobermory and 10 minutes drive from Salen (Spar open all hours!) We would love to come back one day.
Check-in and payment was quick and straight-forward, and we got to our room quickly and were able to dry out as we had been walking outdoors on Mull and were quite wet. We had a meal and drinks in the bar/restaurant and this was good, as was the breakfast the following day, so all in all, no complaints, we were very happy with our stay at this hotel.
We had a small double room but it was comfortable with a good ensuite bathroom. We ate in the hotel both nights of our stay and were very pleased with the quality of the food. Breakfast was excellent. The position of the hotel is stunning and access to Tobermory is very easy.
Great stop over in Tobermory after a days walking on Mull. Great kitchen facilities and large light filled dining kitchen room with views of the harbour. Co-op a few door down meant feeding the family was easy. Rooms cool in the evening despite being at the top of the building.
