Lovely independent shops in Shrewsbury, so well worth a few days visit. I used to live there so I knew what to go for, but visitors will find plenty to do in Shrewsbury and the surrounding area. Lots of good pubs and cafes in the town centre, villages and countryside. Lovely for walking.

A great town to visit which has a lovely blend of the historic and modern. Loads of history, great architecture and a thriving social scene. Great to see lots of independent retailers as well as quirky restaurants and Pubs. The guided Prison tour is especially worth doing. A real eye-opener to anyone who’s never visited a prison before.

Everything was great. The room was very comfortable and we appreciated the extra little touches - homemade cookies, hot chocolate and coffee bags next to the kettle. The staff were all lovely. We didn't have dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was fantastic and really extra - a two course breakfast! And it was included in the price! The location was great too, just outside of Shrewsbury and close to a beautiful National Trust property. We only stayed 1 night but we had a great time here.
Location in fields just on the Northern Edge of Shrewsbury is extremely peaceful. Rooms were furnished with 2 chairs as well as a bed. (If you want to lie on the bed in front of a giant TV, this isn't for you.) Despite the room being in a modern building its didn't feel like a chain hotel,
The hotel is in an excellent position for visiting Shrewsbury, and has its own car park which is well managed to make maximum use of the space available. The rooms were quite small but had all we needed. Breakfast was great and the owners and staff could not have been more helpful.
Very central location, in the heart of Shrewsbury. Nice Hotel with a lot of character and helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious looking forward visiting again.
Bed was very comfortable. Staff were efficient and friendly. Hotel was very clean and Breakfast was excellent It is in a great location in the lovely town of Shrewsbury
