Shipston is a good location to be based at in order to explore the towns and villages around the Cotswolds. We ate in 3 restaurants in Shipston. The George and Buon Gusto which were both very nice with reasonably priced good food. We also ate in The Bower House, which provided really wonderful food.

    The hotel is shocking!

The hotel is shocking! Possibly the worst I've ever stayed in and I've camped! The bar area was probably the best part of the hotel room was very dated and in need of a very good clean the staff basically left us to it no interaction or anythin unless I approached them with an issue

Size of the room, fantastic. Fridge, (great, top marks) filled with drink, and trusting guests to be honest about what they used and paid for, brilliant 10/10 because so many hotels nowadays have ripped fridges out. Thank you 😁😁😁👍 Check in guy was pretty helpful too, no BS, told us and showed us everything we needed to know. Cheers. Brekky nice too.
