I stayed with my daughter, son in law and grandson and my grandson is 14 months old. The staff were amazing with him, playing with him when they had a chance and always stopped to chat to him when they were busy. The kitchen wasn't open but they were so accomodating with supplying us with cutlery and plates so we could order food. They were just generally great.

All the staff were perfect, especially Kane on reception, and the food and service was brilliant.
Everywhere was very clean, with a beautiful navy and gold theme, and the rooms were cleaned every morning! The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas and was very cosy looking.
Everything you needed was in the room and it was very functional, including a hairdryer, slippers, washing flannels, gorgeous elemis products for body and hair and a coffee maker, teabags, biscuits, water bottles, beauty products, ear plugs, eye masks, teabags, coffee, hot chocolate!
All of our requests were fulfilled brilliantly by the staff, as we had a hot water issue and a hard pillow, which they swapped for a softer one.
Our 3 day stay was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to come back, can't wait to visit in the summer 🌞

We had the Annex room at the back of the hotel. It was a lovely little room with an adjoining bedroom, very clean with everything we needed. A great location and friendly staff
Tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen. Shingle laid garden to rear. Two bedrooms. Very comfortable and host was very accommodating and communicative. Perfect for access to the seafront to exercise the dog and child.
Couldn't fault it for a short break away. Rhōs-on-sea is a lovely little place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of somewhere like Llandudno (even though we stayed in late November when it was quiet).
