Location good ..... hotel little tired ..... tried to book parking in January to be told not possible when it states parking .....questioned this was told reserved parking is for guests that book direct not through booking.com..... which I find very discriminating..... resulting in a parking fine when checking in .....

Overnight stay for hubbie's birthday. Lovely hotel. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Free upgrade on room and birthday card for the birthday boy. Food delicious in the terrace restaurant - very generous portions.

It's a lovely independent hotel, well priced and central to LLandudno. Staff are friendly, rooms perfectly comfortable, the breakfast excellent and it has that all round nice family feel.

Personally I was impressed with the overall experience of this hotel from comfortable beds to a lovely fresh cooked breakfast my wife and I would certainly stay there again.

Tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen. Shingle laid garden to rear. Two bedrooms. Very comfortable and host was very accommodating and communicative. Perfect for access to the seafront to exercise the dog and child.
Couldn't fault it for a short break away. Rhōs-on-sea is a lovely little place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of somewhere like Llandudno (even though we stayed in late November when it was quiet).
