The Rutland Hotel, hotel in Port Erin

On the scenic Queens Promenade, The Rutland Hotel is an elegant building on the Isle of Man.

Just come back from a long weekend in the IOM. We really enjoyed our stay, had a lovely room with great views, lovely to wake up in the morning to the sound of the waves. The food and service was excellent, it was our wedding anniversary weekend and we had such a lovely time. My husband's second visit, my first. Will definitely be going back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Rutland. We had room 305 , great views ❤️

Port Erin is in a beautiful secluded cove, with a great sandy beach, nice coastal walks, and a good selection of bars, restaurants and cafes. You can take the steam train to the capital, or there is a good bus service. We had a very pleasant evening boat ride as well. Would definitely stay there again.

    Lovely bay and beach.

Lovely bay and beach. Several places to eat out, including the 'must have' fish and chip shop at a seaside location. Very easy to get around most parts of the island by public transport. Supermarket and a variety of other shops. Great ice creams.

Port Erin is a small seaside town with good pubs/ restaurants and a lot of activity centred around the beach. The Foraging Vintners bar on the beach is very popular and does good coffee during the day. There is a steam railway which goes through beautiful countryside and coastal scenery all the way to the Island’s capital Douglas.
