we were very pleased with this beautiful accommodation,spotlessly clean and very warm and comfortable,everything you need is available washer,iron,towels, hairdryer ect, great location for us,easy parking,we as a family were very happy and will definitely be booking this again .

Staff were super nice, really helpful in showing how procedures worked, how to get too rooms and how to to check out. Stores and shops were very accessible.
Everything we needed in a property and more.
Contact with the owner was pretty much an immediate response.
Nothing was a problem and the cleanliness of everything was great. Many thanks for the little gifts you left on our arrival 😊 definitely recommend this property to anyone who is staying in or near Peterlee.
We will definitely try and book this accommodation again on our next visit to see our friends in the area.

The staff who run the hotel were really polite and friendly. Gave us loads of information about transport to and from stadium of light and all round really kind. We travelled as two young girls to see Beyonce and the women who ran the B&B made us feel so comfortable and they were really chatty. Breakfast was lovely, so happy with our stay :)

The room we had was the courtyard studio - situated on its own in the hotels beer garden. The room was very modern, clean, had everything we needed. The TV was the biggest I’ve seen in a hotel room.
This was a lovely, modern hotel in large grounds. The staff were very helpful, and the property was very bright and spacious. The sea view was a treat.
