The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room was basic but absolutely spotless. Very clean. Bedding spotless. Bathroom very clean. We only slept there before a bowling tournament so we left at 8am and didn't have breakfast. It was perfect for us and great value.

I traveled with family and had a double and a twin room—lovely rooms with plenty of space. My bed was comfy and snug. My mother has many food allergies, and the staff were extremely helpful in catering to her requirements. One lady went out of her way to be super helpful, making our stay all that more special. Thank you to all who helped.
The hotel is in the countryside away from the village.
The hotel is in the countryside away from the village. The local pub the Black horse is only open from 5.30 pm between Thursday to Sunday and was fully booked for food so we went to the Dog and Duck farther down the road which was excellent.
The villages in the area are very rural and pretty places with good access for Hull and Beverley
